I am renting a 5 bedroom house (4 bedrooms and an office) in Parkville, and I am looking for someone to share it with. My current roommate will be deployed again in April for an indefinite period of time and will be moving out on April 4th. I have a large bedroom upstairs adjoining a smaller bedroom available, which are very private. My 10 year old son and I are on the 1st floor. He is gifted talented and a joy to be around. The house has central heat/air, cable tv, phone, wireless internet, washer and dryer, and is VERY CLEAN! It also has a driveway with a great fenced in backyard. Nice hardwood floors downstairs and wall to wall carpeting upstairs. I am a 43 year old female who works full time managing a law firm, and I am also a college student. No drugs or pets please and smoking is permitted outside. The upstairs is quite a large area with lots of storage space! Please feel free to email me with any questions.
