Job Purpose:Investigate, diagnose and repair roof related deficiencies. Create relationships with new customers, understand expectations and strive to exceed industry standards in roofing maintenance.Duties:* Determines source of problems using experience, eliminate all possibilities; and test results of the repair.* Create history of work completed using digital camera, and written reports.* Keeps customers informed by explaining maintenance and repairs underway.* Adhere to Quality preventative maintenance standards for every site visit including inspection deficiency reports, roof plan drawings, detailed photo history descriptions, and recommendations* Recommend preventative maintenance service upgrades in report form to the office for proposal submission to the owner.* Know and Maintain an OSHA safe and secure work environment by following standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations.* Participate in educational opportunities
